All mats sold onTeam Logo Mats are custom engraved and made to order based on the personalization details provided at checkout. Because these items are customized specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom products once production has begun.

Please review all personalization details (text, spelling, layout, and design selections) carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or contains an engraving error made by us, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

To qualify for a replacement:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
   
• Provide your order number
   
• Include clear photos of the issue and packaging
   

Once reviewed and approved, a replacement will be produced and shipped as quickly as possible.

If your order includes non-custom, non-engraved items, those items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

• Unused
   
• In original condition
   
• In original packaging
   

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Custom orders may be canceled only if production has not yet started.
Once engraving or production begins, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

We are not responsible for errors in personalization details that were submitted incorrectly by the customer, including spelling, formatting, or design choices. Orders with customer-submitted errors are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
